Service includes but not limited to:

​

- Monthly virtual check-in’s with unlimited email, text and phone call communication.

-Venue walkthroughs with necessary vendors and people as needed.

-Vendor sourcing, contract management and payment allocations on couple’s behalf.

-Budget management

-Custom curated look/mood book for vendor and styling selections. 

-Trial mock-up for final table styling selections.

-Continuous contact with all vendors and couple for all wedding day logistics as they develop and change.

-Custom curated day-of timeline.

-Menu and catering service recommendations.

-Maintaining packing lists, notes, and follow-up tasks from each check-in.

-Coordination and styling of Ceremony and reception, to include set up of wedding accessories provided by the Wedding couple and hired vendors.

-Directing of ceremony.

-Management of overall reception timeline, ensuring supporting parties are queued and ready for each timeline event.

-Acting as point of contact for all vendors day-of and leading up to.

-Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed.

-Management of rehearsal.

-Strike of event, to include clean-up and vendor breakdown. Return of Wedding couple items next day is subject to additional cost.

-Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups.

Wedding Hall
Wedding Coordinator
Ranging from $3000 - $3500

Offering ten consecutive hours of service for the following - but not limited to:

​

-Unlimited email, text and phone call communication.

-Venue walkthrough with or without vendors if needed.

-Planning support of day-of timeline.

-Supplying vendor recommendations.

-Confirming all details with wedding vendors prior to wedding day.

-Monthly virtual check-in's beginning Four months before wedding day.

-Maintaining packing lists, notes, and follow-up tasks from each check-in.

-Coordination and assistance in set-up of ceremony and/or reception. 

*E.g. Placement of wedding accessories provided by wedding couple and hired vendors - guestbook, favors, place cards, centerpieces, signage, etc.*

-Management of overall ceremony and/or reception timeline, ensuring supporting guests are queued and ready.

-Acting as point of contact for all vendors day-of and leading up to.

-Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed.

-Strike of event, to include clean-up and vendor breakdown. Return of Wedding couple items next day is subject to additional costs.

PRIVATE PARTIES

Private Events
Range $1250 - $1950

Range is dependent on coordinating OR planning services.

Offering eight consecutive hours for the following types of events:

-Proposals / Engagements

-Bridal / Baby Showers

-Anniversary / Graduation / Retirement Parties

-Birthday Parties (for Quinceanera's please refer to the wedding pricing)

-Etc.

Corporate Events

CORPORATE EVENTS

Corporate Parties
Ranging from $3800 - $5250

EAM will work in unison with Corporate Lead and/or Team. Will manage all day-of coordination in addition to planning support to devise a plan for execution. This includes vendor sourcing, contract management, styling and management of guest experience to Corporation's standard. 

Employee Fun Days - $2750

 EAM will work side-by-side with Client provided Team Lead, to review Corporate approved detailed plan for execution. Monthly virtual check-in's beginning five-months out and two site visits to ensure no detail is overlooked and level of execution is to Corporate standard.
